With the rising popularity of the UFC, Bellator and other MMA promotions, BJJ has gathered a huge amount of recognition. The sport itself has never been so popular and continues to grow. All ages of competitors are coming out from 4 years of age to competitors in their 50.
Competing in BJJ offers people of ALL ages to challenge themselves in a combative setting (definitely some Alpha Male stuff going on there), a chance to test your Self Defence skills, an opportunity to learn from mistakes and challenges and meet like minded people in the community.
